Team FOLON® operates as an independent entity responsible for the development of the Fallout: London mod for Bethesda’s Fallout 4™ game. We want to emphasize that Team FOLON® is a separate legal entity from Bethesda™, the publisher of Fallout 4™.

Fallout: London is an ambitious DLC-sized mod that brings the player into the nuclear apocalypse all the way to the doorsteps of Parliament. The mod encapsulates the gritty, adventurous nature of the Fallout games with a new world, factions, storylines, NPCs, weapons, creatures, & much more! This all comes together in a package tied with an uniquely British bow.

Fallout: London is a condensed version of London that focuses around the main central boroughs. The world map is about the size of the vanilla Fallout 4 Commonwealth and Far Harbour combined. This will let players experience everything from the heart of Westminster all the way to the rolling hills on the outskirts of Bromley.

FEV has not reached London in any way, shape, or form. That means no Super Mutants, no Centaurs, no Deathclaws, and a lower number of Psykers than ever before. Vault-Tec is entirely an American company, thus it will have no presence in London. There is a version of a vault, but it is entirely different from that of Vault-Tec, except that it is a shelter, beneath the ground. So don’t expect Better Living, Underground.

Fallout: London harbours a variety of interesting new factions which can be viewed individually by clicking on the Factions tab located: Here

Since Fallout: London takes place outside of the continental United States, there was no reason to bring back the pre-existing factions. Our main focus was bringing new and exciting factions to London.

Yes, a new save is necessary. Fallout: London takes place in a new world with a new protagonist and is completely separate from the events of Fallout 4.

In addition, Fallout: London will make critical changes to the base game’s mechanics.

64GB Total – Base game: 30GB, Mod: 34GB approximately.

Fallout: London is an ambitious, trail-blazing DLC-sized mod for Fallout 4, Bethesda Game Studios’ 2015 post-apocalyptic RPG. Fallout: London stands apart from its contemporaries and offers an entirely new experience: setting a Fallout game outside of the United States. True to its moniker, Fallout: London takes place IN London. From stuffy parliamentary aristocrats to a resurrection of the Knights of the Round Table to an uncompromising cult of revolutionaries (and more!), Fallout: London embodies the history and aesthetics of London and puts an unmistakably nuclear spin on the beloved city.

Fallout: London’s development is labour-intensive and involves a plethora of eclectic cross-discipline individuals, both at amateur and industry level. The team maintains a strong sense of professionalism and devotion to the craft. Everyone on the Fallout: London team shares a deep love of videogames, and most importantly, Fallout itself. Each member of the Fallout: London team is individually recruited for their contributions and talent in the realms of game design and modding.

No, Fallout: London does not have a voiced protagonist.

Fallout: London was released in July 25th 2024. It’s DLC in 2025.

Fallout: London begins in the year 2237, which fits in between the events of Fallout 1 and Fallout 2. This would place Fallout: London a total of 50 years before the events of Fallout 4.

Because the point of divergence in the Fallout universe occurred around the time of World War II, it was likely that many of the gun control measures seen in modern-day London never came to pass in this timeline. Instead, the scarcity of firearms is a deliberate design choice. Parts of the game are built around encouraging players to rely on melee combat. Additionally, there’s a significant presence of improvised weaponry, similar to the pipe pistols and makeshift gear found in other Fallout titles.

Fallout: London was released as PC only. The community has the permission to convert said standalone items to other platforms.

Fallout London requires your Fallout 4 to be running the downgraded version – 1.10.163.0

We have NO plans to bring it to the Fallout 4: Next Gen version – This version remains broken and was abandoned by Bethesda, there is no reason for us to upgrade the mod to it.

Yes, all of them. Thankfully, they’re not too expensive at this point.

Note: The “Fallout 4 – High Resolution Texture Pack” should NOT be used. It will replace our textures.
